Payment:

BeachcomberBride.com reserves the right to change or update the pricing at any time. All prices are in US dollars and will be billed in US dollars according to credit card company's policies. We accept Visa and Mastercard

Sales Tax:

Sales tax of 6.85% will be charged for all orders in Colorado.

Delivery/Shipping:

If the products you request are in stock it should take 3-4 business days to process the order. Please understand that delays may occur due to weather conditions, product availability or other conditions. We will do our best to inform you of any delay in shipping your order. We ship Monday to Friday. We do not ship on weekends or on national holidays and do not ship to PO boxes. Our standard shipping method is UPS ground service. Shipping charges are automated for the US mainland. If ordering outside the US mainland we will process your credit card for a second time for shipping and handling once the exact weight of the order has been determined. If shipping outside the US we are not responsible for any duty on the products, it is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns:

Our products are 100% satisfaction guaranteed for 10 days. If you would like to return a product you must email us at order@beachcomberbride.com to request a return authorization number (RAN) within 10 days of the delivery date. We will issue a return authorization number and the return package must be postmarked and shipped within 7 days of the return authorization number being issued. We will then credit back the purchase price of the merchandise once the package has been delivered to our address and meets the requirements of our return policy. Shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. We recommend you use UPS or USPS with return receipt for your protection. We will issue a credit only when the following conditions are met:

  1. Request a RNA# within 10 days of the delivery date of product.
  2. The return package has been postmarked and shipped within 7 days of the RNA#.
  3. The packaging slip with your RNA# is in the package
  4. The returned product is in “new” condition. Shoes cannot have any toe imprints or scuff marks. There will be no returns on damaged or worn products or if the return is after 10 days of the delivery date.
